Flu Shot

I had a flu shot today for the first time ever. After she gave me the shot she told me that my arm would hurt for several days. I really would have preferred to know that in the beginning. What she didn't mention was that by the end of the day, your whole body would ache. They absolutely promised me I would not get the flu. If they told me wrong, I am not going to be a happy person.

    you won't get the flu. the virus is dead in the shot. the shot does make your arm very sore though. i'm glad you got one! i can't believe that it is your first one...

    Wow, I've never had a flu shot. I figure casuse I'm VERY OCD with hand-wahsing, like 30 times a day, I'm hopefully covered there.
