Native Texan Hatch Green Chile Bean Dip

This is one of the items we picked up at Central Market this weekend. I really like dips and sauces (I attribute that to my grandfather who wanted a sauce or gravy with every meal), so I am always up for trying new ones.

I had this one today and it is fantastic. There is a little heat from the peppers, but it is packed with flavor.
